1. General Refund Policy

  • We accept returns and provide refunds on unopened trading cards within 7 days of purchase.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unopened, and in their original packaging.

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Once trading card products have been opened, they are considered used and cannot be refunded.
  • This includes booster packs, boxes, and any sealed items.

3. Process for Returns

  • Include your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return.
  • Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 Business days after we receive the returned item.
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We may require photographs of the item to process a refund or exchange.
