At Gengar Grabs, we take pride in offering high-quality trading cards to our customers. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations when purchasing from us.
1. General Refund Policy
- We accept returns and provide refunds on unopened trading cards within 7 days of purchase.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unopened, and in their original packaging.
2. Non-Refundable Items
- Once trading card products have been opened, they are considered used and cannot be refunded.
- This includes booster packs, boxes, and any sealed items.
3. Process for Returns
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at returns@gengargrabs.com.au within the specified time frame.
- Include your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return.
- Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.
4. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 Business days after we receive the returned item.
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We may require photographs of the item to process a refund or exchange.
